Black Crowes
The Black Crowes began with brothers Chris and Rich Robinson. Chris was born December 20, 1966 and. Rich was born May 24, 1969. They were first named “Mr. Crowes Garden” and played 1970s era blues-rock.
They have gone through several other band members.

Rich Robinson
Jeff Cease (1989 to 1991). Cease was born June 24, 1967.
Marc Ford (1991 to 1997, 2005 to 2006). Ford was born April 13, 1966.
Audley Freed (1998 to 2002). Freed was born October 5, 1962.
Paul Stacey (2006 to 2007).
Luther Dickinson (present member). Dickinson was born January 18, 1973.
On Keyboard they have had:
Eddie Harsch (1991 to 2006)
Rob Clores (2006 to 2007)
Adam MacDougal (present member). MacDougal was born XXX
On Bass they have had:
Johnny Colt (1989 to 1997). Colt was born May 1, 1966.
Sven Pipien (1998 to 2000, 2005 to present). Pipien was born May 30, 1967.

Steve Gorman (1989 to 2005 and 2006 to present) Gorman was born August 17, 1965.
Bill Dobrow (2005)
They were on a hiatus from 2002 to 2005.

The Black Crowes played a unique gig in Tampa on April 7th, 1995, opening for the Grateful Dead. This was the one and only time the two bands performed together.
In October 1999, the band were joined by Led Zeppelin guitarist Jimmy Page for two pairs of shows in New York and Los Angeles . The collaboration led to a more extensive tour with Page and The Who in summer 2000
